MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

The Eta Phi chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi at Eastern Washington University has been committed to service in the community of Cheney and the professional development of our members since 1967. Every day we work to exemplify our core values of Brotherhood, Knowledge, Service, Unity, and Integrity.
As president, I’m tirelessly working towards keeping our chapter together during the Covid-19 Pandemic. It hasn’t been easy for anyone, including the Eta Phi Chapter. We’ve had to completely re-work how we operate, from recruitment to fundraising to philanthropy. It’s important to me to not lose sight of our vision – Alpha Kappa Psi is the premier developer of principled business leaders. That means adapting to the world no matter what it throws at us and creating the next generation of business leaders.
Maintaining professionalism in the world of Zoom is a difficult task. Apathy is a huge issue for everyone because, in the past, work and home life have been separated. I’m so proud of the members of my chapter for staying committed in these unprecedented times. With the help of my fellow brothers and alumni, I stay dedicated to preserving the image of the Eta Phi chapter and rebuilding it to its former glory
